This was my 21st birthday, [x] years ago today, also on a Thursday. It would be another 13 years before I had another happy birthday (or even a birthday in general!), thanks to my Beloved, which is why I am still 34 to this day! 👩❤️💋👨🏻🎂
There are a lot of things I want to say to that girl! Mostly, don’t go on that date tomorrow night, don’t get married to that wrong guy in 8 mos, and don’t quit that job you’re about to get! 🚫

It’s funny, I feel this weird sense of … closure. Completion. A chapter is closed and a new one is opening. Maybe it’ll rain today and God and I can sit and reminisce about that time He honored the fleece laid out by a silly 12-year-old girl about her upcoming 13th birthday. 📙⛈️
