September 19-Somethin’ Challenge Day 14

September 19-Somethin’ Challenge | McClendon Villa19-Somethin_Sidebar_Button

This challenge is prompted by the song 19-Somethin’ by Mark Wills. You can hear the song here: https://youtu.be/UhSCeItgUEc
The following questions are taken from the various lines in the song.  There are also a few random questions thrown into the mix to make it a post a day for the month – 30 posts.

14. Did you get into any of the toy/game crazes, such as the Rubic’s Cube, Polly Pockets, or Cabbage Patch dolls or anything like that?

When I was little I like Liddle Kiddles, but I don’t know if they were a craze or anything.

    1. They were these little dolls, a couple inches tall, and the ones I remember best came in these plastic containers.

I just did a search – found the ones I remembered were actually a subset of Liddle Kiddles called Kiddle Kolognes. http://www.fashion-doll-guide.com/Kiddle-Kolognes.html I remember opening the container and having the scent just waft out, it was so neat to this little girl! lol Perhaps the beginning of my new-found love of playing with fragrance oils in my homemade soap. 😀

      1. How cute! I remember seeing little dolls, but I don’t know if these were the ones that I saw.
I bet you’re right that this started your love of the fragrance oils and soap. It is interesting the things that can trigger out life-long loves. 🙂
